We have some really exciting news to share!
We are growing! 🥳

In just one month we will welcome our 3rd Nurse Practitioner! Sarah Hill will be joining the practice full time, seeing new patients right out of the gate with lots of availability!

She joins our existing team of nurse practitioners: Molly Pleskach, FNP and Lacey Shambo, DNP. 🩺

If you know of anyone looking for a new primary care provider, please have them contact the office and a staff member will be happy to assist in scheduling.

Also- recruitment efforts are underway for an LPN position to help support our growth. The LPN opportunity is primarily focused on facility based follow-up but offers direct patient support as well.
