We were honored to have helped assemble, engrave, and erect a WW2 memorial for the City of Fort Atkinson this past Veterans Day. Check out our work and the story behind it in the attatched links! We assembled and engraved benches and a granite pedestal for the centerpiece sculpture. We then transported and installed these pieces at McCoy Park in Fort Atkinson, WI. We would like to credit and thank veterans for serving our country and Mabel Schumacher, as well as the City of Fort Atkinson for allowing the vision to come to life.

Dozens of Fort Atkinson community members gathered in McCoy Park on Sunday to honor and remember Army Staff Sergeant Gerald Endl and Army Sergeant Kenneth Gruennert who died during World War II.

Meet our co-owner Chuck Block!
Chuck has played a major role at the Watertown Memorial Co. during his 19 years with the family business. He is the fifth generation Block in the business and works along side his father and his wife. His favorite part of his job is connecting with new people. He loves working with people from all different parts of the state. When he’s not working you can find him taking care of his plants, going to flea markets with his wife Melissa and his daughter Lily, and playing with his dog Spencer. If you find yourself at the Watertown Memorial Co., stop and say hi to Chuck!
