Exciting things are happening at HSA! We have outgrown our space that was built in 1991 and are building an addition on our Behavioral Health operation. This will include several more offices, another group room, a spacious library and several treatment rooms. Extra exciting is the addition of a larger pharmacy for our Genoa partners. Today is day 1 of construction with a goal of completion by June 1. 2026. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience as we grow! It will be well worth it!

Introducing Naomi Even, Quality Assurance Manager for New Horizons - Human Service Agency.

Naomi has been with New Horizons for 25 years!

From day one as a Direct Support Professional in July 2000, Naomi has demonstrated compassion, professionalism and dedication in everything she has done. She was promoted to Direct Support Coordinator in 2008 and later advanced to the role of Quality Assurance manager in 2016. Naomi often shares how she initially doubted whether this field was right for her - admitting that just one week into the job, she considered resigning. After a heartfelt conversation with her supervisor, she was encouraged to give it one month before making a decision. Twenty-five years later, Naomi stands as the embodiment of the kind of employee we strive to hire - committed, compassionate, and driven to make a difference in the lives of those we support. She has improved the lives of many with her unwavering commitment to others and our mission. Thank you Naomi for all you have done over the past quarter century. Cheers to your legacy and bright future ahead!
