If you know me.....you know my love for trolls 😍

We like to go on hunts to find these Dambo Trolls. He makes them out of recycled materials. There's a map online for anyone interested, search Dambo Troll Map and you can see all the locations.

We have so much fun on these troll hunts, and they bring my heart joy 💜

This was our last weekend adventure to Lauritzen Botanical Gardens in Omaha Nebraska for a traveling exhibit that is only here until May.

We also have our very own in Wauwatosa Wisconsin! New last summer, if you havent seen her, she's beautiful! If you go at night, her street lamp flower bouquet lights up 😍

🌱✨ 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 ✨🌱

What if today… April 1st… was always meant to be the real New Year?

Think about it.
The earth is waking up.
The soil is softening.
Seeds are being planted.
Life is beginning again.
This is the season of rebirth… not January.

So why were we taught that the New Year begins in the dead of winter…
when everything in nature is still, resting, and inward?

Long ago, many cultures actually celebrated the New Year around the Spring Equinox—right where we are now in this beautiful window of renewal.
But when the calendar shifted, those who continued celebrating the New Year in spring… were called fools.

And over time… it became what we now call April Fools Day.🌿

But maybe they weren’t the fools…
Maybe they were the ones still listening to the rhythm of the Earth.
Maybe they were the ones who understood that true beginnings don’t happen in stillness…

They happen when life starts moving again.🌸

So today, I’m choosing to honor this as a real new year.
A fresh start.
A soft opening.
A chance to begin again… gently, naturally, in alignment with the world around us.

No pressure.
No “new year, new me” force.

Just…
🌱 What am I ready to grow?
🌱 What am I ready to nurture?
🌱 What wants to bloom through me this season?

🌕And as if the universe wanted to give us a little bonus…

Tonight’s Full Moon rises as a mirror—not to rush us forward, but to help us see clearly before we begin.

This moon carries energy around reflection, balance, and relationships…
how we give, how we receive, where we may be overextending, and where we’ve been holding back.

It gently illuminates the spaces within us that are ready to shift…
old patterns, old stories, old ways of relating—to ourselves and to others.

Because before something new can truly grow…
🌿 we clear
🌿 we release
🌿 we realign
This is what makes this moment so powerful.

A New Year rooted in the Earth…
paired with a Full Moon that helps us let go of what no longer belongs in the soil we’re planting in.
🙌🏽You don’t have to force your way into a new version of yourself.

Just notice…
what feels out of alignment
what feels ready to fall away
what feels ready to be chosen differently
And from there…
plant your seeds.

Step outside, even for just a moment.
Place one hand on your heart… one on your belly.

Take a slow breath in… and softly ask:
What am I ready to release?

Exhale… and imagine it leaving your body like mist into the night air.

Then gently ask:
What am I ready to grow?
Let that answer land… like a seed being placed into warm soil.
That’s enough.
That’s everything.✨

Happy New Year, in the way the Earth intended 💛

And if that makes me a fool…

I appreciate every single person who walks through my door. 💚 This was a gift brought to me before a couples session, and it just made my heart explode.

I’m still learning how to receive. I’ve always been a natural giver, so opening myself to receiving has been a journey in itself… but I’m learning.

This past year, with all of you who have come into this space, have truly shifted my perspective on so many things. And for that, I am so deeply grateful. 🙏🏼

Part of that growth has been choosing to walk away from energies that no longer align with where I’m going.
Friends, family, past mentors, acquaintances… letting go hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been necessary.

In creating that space, I’ve watched new, aligned connections come in… and doors continue to open in ways that feel so right. It’s been incredible to witness.

I’ve realized that my resistance to receiving came from accepting things in the past that hurt me.

So now, my ego tries to protect me… telling me I don’t need anything from anyone.

But the truth is—
we are meant to connect.
To share.
To support.
To give… and to receive.

I’m learning that allowing myself to receive doesn’t make me weak… it allows me to be more open, more connected, and more aligned.

I choose to move through my life with intention, not on autopilot. I am the creator of my experience, and no one holds that power but me.

You have that same power too.
If you’ve been feeling the pull to follow your heart… trust it.

Today's Spring Equinox Sound Session and Seed Planting was so beautiful!

Everyone did amazing work, both in the sound session, decorating their terracotta pots, balancing the light with the dark, and setting their intentions for their new growth for this next season of life. ✨️

I appreciate all of you, and it was heart filling to see the connections that are building. 🫶🏼

🏵We had an AWESOME day for our Spring Equinox Open House! Thank you to everyone who came, showed support, got a card reading and planted seeds for growth! We also added gold coins for abundance and hearts for self-love, under the soil before the seeds were planted. It was a beautiful, heart filling day! 🥰
