Family Constellations, developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger, is a therapeutic approach through which we can explore the deeper, unconscious dynamics in family systems. As we explore the deeper movements of the soul, we often discover how loyal children are to their families and how their need to belong influences their actions. Unfortunately these loyalties don’t necessarily serve us later in life. Family Constellation work gives us insight and helps us release unresolved patterns from our families of origin that are causing pain in present-day life. Breathwork is another powerful approach to resolving deep, unconscious patterns and freeing us to live joyfully in the present. I am a German psychotherapist who has practiced in the Boston area for more than 20 years. It is my honor and privilege to serve groups and individuals, helping clients and students uncover and release hidden patterns so they can discover the life that is waiting to be lived through them.
