Your fascia (aka your body’s internal Saran Wrap) loves to hold onto tension, especially when you’re stressed, sitting too long, or simply existing like a human.
✨ Yin Yoga = The Gentle Un-Stiffening ✨
We hang out in stretchy poses, melt into our bodies on the mat, and elongate that cranky fascia so that it flows freely again. No pretzel poses or pressure… Just your breath and body, maybe a few props, and sweet, sweet release.
You don’t need to be flexible or inflexible! All you need is to be tired of feeling like the Tin Man 🤖
