Join Katherine McManus for a Deeper Dive into Asana! Each class in this series will have a specific theme and will focus on more advanced postures and variations.
4 class series from 1pm - 3pm:
✨ Saturday, April 18th - Peak Poses: Shoulderstand, Headstand, Forearm Stand
✨ Saturday, April 25th - Peak Poses: Seated Forward Bends
✨ Saturday, May 2nd - Peak Poses: Backbends & Dropbacks
✨ Saturday, May 9th - Theme: Handstands, Jump Backs/Jump Throughs & Transitions
Expect a rigorous flow that builds to a challenging peak. Longer inversion holds will also be included in each practice. During each two hour session, there will be plenty of time for questions and breaking down postures. At times, we will move and flow together, and at other times there will be a more workshop-like feel.
