We’re bringing back a series that we loved hosting at our old studio

Join us for a 4-week yoga + book series inspired by The Four Agreements starting on Wednesday October 1st at 6:30 pm. Each class begins with journaling and discussion of the week’s chapter, followed by a yoga flow designed around that agreement.

Please plan to have the chapter read before each class so you can fully dive into the reflections and conversations.

The full series is $60, or you can join individual sessions for $15 each. Register for one, a few, or all four—it’s up to you.

We’ve done this series once before, and let me tell you—when I say this book is life-changing, I mean it. If you’ve never read it, now is the time.
