We have practiced and are prepared to make fancy birthday treats! The La Crosse County Library offered another ABLE Programs, which are "modified for adults with disabilities." This month, our clients learned 3 different frosting techniques. Our clients definitely LOVED learning the art of cupcake decorating, but they REALLY LOVED learning that all the cupcakes they decorated were theirs to enjoy!

"Making Spirits Bright!"

The La Crosse Rotary Lights remain as SPECTACULAR as ever! As we all know, Wisconsin winter has been a little up and down this year. We bundled up cozy and fit in five trips down to the lights. Three trips involved walking through the lights and 2 trips involved driving through the lights. Client favorites included the cook your own s'more station, hot chocolate, local choir or instrumental groups playing holiday songs, and a light display of a Green Bay Packer player kicking a field goal. Our clients, who are Viking and Cowboy fans, were good sports while we cheered "Go Pack Go!" Plus a visit with Santa and two of his reindeer!

Santa visited the CCLS Day Services earlier this week to bring Christmas cheer to all our clients!

A special thank you to Stevens Point Mayor Mike Wiza for visiting as Santa, and for spreading the Christmas spirit to everyone who was there!
