Last week IHR held our annual Staff Wellness Retreat! It was a day full of self-care, connecting with colleagues, yoga, food, and celebrating the work we do! Thanks to Tower Hill Botanic Garden for providing the space - a lovely setting, as always!

We are THRILLED for our very own Latisha Goullaud who was honored last night as the Boston Celtics Hero Among Us!!

Not only is she IHR's Lead Perinatal Recovery Coach for our Moms Do Care program, but she also serves as a Peer Recovery Coach for Lynn Community Health Center, AND as faculty at Tufts University School of Medicine, teaching 1st and 3rd yr med students about trauma-informed care.

"The road of recovery comes with a number of challenges; the route changes or there are bumps along the way. We are grateful for partners like IHR and Care Coordinators like Liz who advocate and celebrate ATR participants through the process. “We all go through challenges in life, so I always let them know to keep their heads up.
