My granddaughter inspired me to live long and prosper!

About 5 years ago I was turned down for life insurance and only in my 50’s, a new grandmother this was my wakeup call. I needed to get healthy so that I would be around for my children and grandchildren. My grandmother died when I was in first grade, I did not want that for my granddaughter. Even though I had worked in the healthcare field for all my life I was in denial about my own health. I slowly changed what I new needed changing and explored available holistic options for my personal wellness. One year later I reapplied for life insurance and got an A+ rating, I am still exploring and modifying my personal wellness path and I want to share what I have learned with others that are on the same path. My journey was lonely and sometimes discouraging, the biggest thing I learned was that its always better with others. I will share things I have learned on my journey and will explore new things openly on this page, won’t you join me and lets get healthy together for life!
