We’re bringing you SPIRIT WEEK — Soul Revival style

Think high school spirit week energy, only this time at your favorite movement studio ✌🏼

SPIRIT WEEK LINEUP:

✨ Sunday, March 1: PJ Day — yes, wear your jammies to class

✨ Monday, March 2: 80’s Day — dress in your favorite 80’s attire + playlists will be 80’s themed

✨ Tuesday, March 3: Twin Day — come to class with your bestie + dress alike

✨ Wednesday, March 4: On Wednesdays We Wear Pink (Mean Girls approved, duh)

✨ Thursday, March 5: SOUL DAY — our birthday! Wear Soul swag or Soul colors

✨ Friday, March 6: Crazy Sock Day — wild prints, mismatched, leg warmers...the louder the better

✨ Saturday, March 7: Throwback Tee Day — band tees, college tees, old sports shirts, souvenir tees...you get the idea

🌙 BONUS: every class you attend *in theme* earns you an entry to win raffle prizes!

We can’t wait to celebrate, sweat and spirit-week it up with you 🤍 Oh, and don’t worry, we’ll still offer our month-long sale in March…that’s a must!

Join us for a community clothing swap at Soul Revival!

Bring in any number of gently loved clothing items (on hangers, please) and take home the same number of pieces — simple as that!

We’ll use the studio barres to display clothing (by size) so it’s easy to browse, try things on + discover something new-to-you.

Any items left at the end of the event will be donated.

Come swap, connect + refresh your wardrobe...in a sustainable fashion (see what we did there 😉)

THEY DID THE DAMN THING! 👏🏼

Our FIRST Mat Pilates Teacher Training (a 4-month, 100-hr program) is officially complete. And we have 8 graduates to prove it.

My goodness, am I inspired. The amount of work these women poured into their learning was beyond impressive (and I don’t say that lightly).

A cohesive group. Full of curiosity, commitment, integrity and oh-so-much heart. They showed up week after week. For the work. For each other. For themselves.

Watching their confidence grow, their voices strengthen and their teaching come to life has been a damn honor.

Congratulations, teachers. You’ve earned every bit of this and Joey P would be PROUD!
and a special thank you to our guest facilitators + 🤍 I’ve known these two brilliant movement educators for a LONG time and what a treat to witness you share your gifts with these trainees!

Each month, we’ll open space to reflect, share and name what YOU are calling in — on your mat + beyond.

A holiday-pajama-potluck with the SOUL sistahs 🎄

featuring: a hot cocoa bar, chair massages by , a ‘favorite things’ gift exchange, girl dinner galore, lotsa giggles and a mini dance party (to show my daughter — because when she heard about our shindig she asked if we would dance + laugh…of course, babe. of course)

I’ve said it before and I’ll never stop saying it. This is, hands down, the most incredible group of women I’ve ever worked alongside. Blessed is an understatement.
