It's been a while since I have posted. I want to take the time to connect with all of you.

No matter who you are life happens and and we must roll with it. My time has been limited. I am still doing readings, just on a limited basis. Those of you that know me know it is what I love to do. With that said, I know I will be back full force at some point. I miss teaching a lot. I hope to roll out some zoom classes soon.

I am gifted with time with my Mom and Step Dad. They are in the so called Golden years. They moved back to Maine to be close to family. It has been a journey for sure. My Step Dad with Alzheimer's and my Mom with too many to list health issues. It is both a healing journey for me and a beautiful blessing. Juggling time and self care has been difficult for me. Sometimes that reading in the middle of it all is the self care I need. Just when things settle down, another crisis happens. Thank goodness the synchronicity of life placed me 20 minutes from my Mom. So I can in a minutes notice, hair a mess, throw some clothes on and be there quickly.

I wanted to update you all with why it may seem I am less visible these days.

I am still here doing reads when I can so do not hesitate to reach out.

I am reminded this morning of that old Thanksgiving song that started like this: "Over the river and through the woods to Grandmothers house we go" It has been since 1993 my Dads last Thanksgiving here on earth, since my family has had Thanksgiving with my Mom, their Grandmother. Today we will be headed over the Kennebec River and through some woods to have Thanksgiving with Mom. This is the first ever Thanksgiving with my Step Dad. He is so excited to have us all coming. Mom is embracing living in Maine knowing her loving family is here for her through the tough times of being older.

Another reminder of how losing someone in the family can change family dynamics. We all moved after Dad passed. A loss that still is hard. Although he leaves signs everywhere and I know I am connected with him it is not the same.

If you are struggling today because of loss, be gentle with yourself. Grab onto the memories, the impression that those that are on the other side have left with you.

Today I remember that every single year Dad had us all watch John Candy in Trains, Planes and Automobiles. I know Dad must be in heaven laughing with John Candy telling him how he became our Thanksgiving Tradition.

Your loved ones are with you, I promise. In your hearts and in spirit. Trust the signs you receive.

I will make my Grandmothers cranberry orange sauce and everyone is excited for that.

Zoom support for beautiful empathic souls.
My heart is with all of my empathic friends that are hurting. I would not change for a minute being empathic as feeling for other people is kindness. Their is a clear difference bettween sympathy and empathy. Sympathy is surface acknowledging the pain in others and empathy is experiencing it as if it was yours. This gift makes it impossible to not care.
The fall out from the bill that passed the Senate and House is inevitable. I see people celebrating this and I cannot even begin to describe what this does to my heart. I can only say they have not researched or been given information of what effects this has on our healthcare system. They think it is only affecting the poor or as they call them illeagals. Not true. Our healthcare system, epecially in Maine is in crisis. Hospitals have closed. OB units have closed. OBGYN offices are only taking the most urgent cases. Wait lists for specialists are lengthy. More hospitals will be closing as they will not be able to sustain the hit from this bill. Bigger hospitals will take the brunt of the influx. I know some of you do not believe what I am saying. I will not apologize for my stance! I will not celebrate with you. I could not celebrate as my fellow humans are hurting and scared.
I prefer to be fueld by compassion and not hate. I remember my Dad expressing how hate was a four letter word.
My empathic friends and clients. Lets join together to help one another through this difficult time. Let's join together and find the strength we need! Let's shine some light in the dark.

LIMITED NUMBER OF SLOTS
So many of us are in need of healing right now.
As I was getting ready for my day, I felt that familiar nudge—the kind that comes from spirit and ancestors who are always nearby, ready to help. After that nudge, the idea began to flow. A clear message: "Access our wisdom… it will help with the healing that’s needed."
Being on the higher end of the empathic scale, I often feel the weight of what’s happening in the world. Many people don’t realize just how empathic they are. Have you ever had a day where you felt emotional for no clear reason? Where the heaviness didn’t make sense? Chances are... you’re absorbing the pain and fear circulating in the collective energy.
I usually steer away from talking about politics. But to keep avoiding it feels like I’m ignoring an important part of who I am. At my core, I’m a humanitarian. I care deeply for those struggling—people on the verge of losing healthcare, families working full-time and still needing food assistance, immigrants searching for safety and opportunity (just like many of our ancestors did).
This time feels different. It’s calling me to show up in a new way… to support those facing emotional overwhelm, and to help empaths who are unknowingly carrying layers of collective pain.
The message from Spirit was loud and clear this morning:
"It’s time for healing with the ancestors."
I’ll be offering special 20-minute phone sessions where I’ll connect with our ancestors and help move healing energy your way. They want me to stay mobile during these, so the energy can flow freely.

🌈 A Stand for Love, Empathy, and Empowerment 🌿

The past few months have been especially difficult for empathic individuals, particularly within the LGBTQ+ community. As someone who deeply values compassion and understanding, I can no longer remain silent in the face of the pain and devastation so many are experiencing.

I have always welcomed people from all walks of life, setting aside politics to focus on the soul before me. But today, I recognize that silence is not neutrality—it is complacency. It is time to stand in solidarity with those who are hurting and use the tools I have gathered over the years to help empaths observe, not absorb—to transform their sensitivity into strength.

Empaths feel deeply, often to the point of exhaustion. We absorb the emotions of those around us, making it even harder to navigate the weight of injustice and unkindness. But we are not powerless. Together, we can cultivate resilience, protect our energy, and empower one another in a safe, supportive space.

This is why I am launching a new series of workshops dedicated to LGBTQ+ empaths and their allies—because healing, balance, and empowerment should be accessible to everyone. No one should feel alone in their struggle.

I will always stand with those who lead with love, compassion, and humanity. To those who are suffering, please know: You are seen. You are valued. You are not alone. 💜
