What a whirlwind of a month. We saw our last 2025 patient in the clinic today and we are so grateful for every person who trusted us with their care this year. As we look ahead to the new year, we are excited for what is coming next, including wellness coaching with Holly, group classes, and a few ideas that are still percolating. A vision board event is a chance to slow down, reflect, and intentionally look ahead.

Before the event, you’ll receive an optional pre class homework by email to help you reflect on 2025, what felt aligned, what didn’t, and what you want more of moving forward. This gentle reflection helps you arrive feeling prepared and grounded.

At the event, you’ll use images, words, and guided prompts to create a vision board that represents how you want to feel and live, not just goals on a checklist.

It’s part reflection, part creativity, and part reset. You don’t need to be artistic or have it all figured out. Just come as you are.

Here is our photo shoot with Alan…We could not figure out the timer on the watch, Alan kept looking the wrong way, and at one point we’re pretty sure he was judging us.

Also… we discovered that Dr. Mason actually bought a mini tree skirt and put it on Alan as Christmas tutu. So that explains a lot. Total mayhem.

But don’t worry, we might have squeezed out one good photo in the mix. Enjoy the chaos.
