Exciting News! Price Drop on GLP-1s!
The pharmacy has announced a drop in price for semaglutide injections and I am passing the savings on to all my patients, new and existing. Semaglutide injections for weight loss (GLP-1) are now only $225 a month. This monthly cost includes needles and shipping directly to patients’ homes. As a reminder, I bill monthly to keep costs down on shipping but I send two months supplies at a time. As a result the first two months of treatment you are paying for the first shipment that was already received, then months 3-4 for the second shipment and so on. There is no contracts or annual fees but I do require one month notice for cancellations since as you can see patients often have meds in advance of payment,

Remember, if shots aren’t your thing, I also offer Tirzepatide tablets which are a once a day medication for weight loss. It is also a GLP-1 but includes a GIP. The tablets are priced based on dosing so prices range from $190-240 a month depending on dosage with everyone starting at $190 a month for at least two months.

Nicole Ray, FNP-C is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has a broad range of experience and specialized in hospital medicine for over 7 years.

Ms. Ray is experienced in internal medicine and family practice. She has received additional training in the management of substance use disorders and weight loss treatment. She is a clinical leader who has worked in management and has a passion for teaching. She continues to work full time in geriatric care while running her own small private practice and work as medical director of SUD clinic. She also continues to moonlight as a Hospitalist at serval local hospitals.

Ms. Ray graduated with her MSN-FNP from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine in 2017. She received board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2017. Prior to becoming a FNP she spent several years as a charge nurse.

Nicole was born and raised in Central Maine. She is married with two grown children and has one grandson. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and dogs.
