We are a 12-bed home that provides 24 hour care.

We provide long term care for individuals in a Home-like setting, with all the touches of home, and are passionate about changing the culture of care for our aging population �!

Truly the caregivers at the Willow are what has made it such a success.
The love they have for those they care for is amazing. As if they aren't busy with daily tasks on their downtime they come up with a game to spend time with residents and getting lost in laughter💜

The Willow celebrated Christmas in true family fashion. The caregivers adopt residents for gift on Christmas morning, or sponsor one of the 5 days of Christmas where little gifts are left at table each morning starting on the 20th. On Christmas morning, residents gather around tree after breakfast to open gifts as a family. We are Blessed with caregivers that give up part of their holidays to make our residents holidays special. 😇. Merry Christmas from Willow Gang💚❤️💚❤️

The Willow Gang said good-bye to another special guy. It was always special to meet his eye and you knew when he met yours… his eyes full of gratitude for the help he knew he needed.
His love for red tractors, his family, his guitar, and a little whiskey😉 will forever leave a footprint on our hearts. Rest in peace Bill. The Willow Gang loved you BIG❤️

We had quite the pleasure and honor to care for this man. He was always quick witted, onery, and never took his supervisor hat off even into retirement! Chiefs games and a cold coke will always make us think of you💙
