The Body Sacred Massage Away from the hustle and bustle of the business district, I offer Swedish, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Reiki, Reflexology, Sports, Shamanic journeying and more.

The Body Sacred Massage offers a quiet space where I take my time with each individual that comes through my door. Scheduling sessions by appointment only allows me to space them out, so they never feel rushed. I enjoy taking the time to get to know the type of session my clients are looking for and share self care ideas that you can take home. I have a solid education in Anatomy and Physiology an

d Kinesiology and I am a Reiki practitioner. My approach is to offer a very holistic and therapeutic session. I offer and integrate Relaxation (Swedish),Shiatsu, Reflexology,Reiki, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Connective Tissue Therapy, Polarity Therapy and more. Brand new option/experience for 2-3 clients launching soon!
The Mind/Body/Spirit Session provides the opportunity and the sacred space for one client to immerse themselves in meditation, reflection, yoga, stillness, creativity, problem solving, prayer and much more while your partner/sister/friend receive their massage. And for those who want nothing to do with the activities already listed, you can nap on the fold out floor mattress, be on your phone, or bring your laptop and get some work done. It's a space for whatever you, the individual, need in that moment. When the massage in the other room is done, it's you're turn for the massage.
I've already got a few sessions booked, even before I had a name to call the experience lol. Lots of special touches include a hot-cold water dispenser and a wide variety of herbal teas. More details coming Sunday or Monday!

No longer asking clients to wear masks. I will probably continue to wear one myself on the days when my asthma is rearing it's ugly head (like today!) I actually haven't had clients wear them for some time now. Just finally getting the time to change the website and voicemail.

Just added "Massage for Grief and Loss" as an Option on my website. Massage is helpful for more than tight/sore muscles and stress. Check out the description on the website. (I've edited this to include description from website)
"Massage is well known for its benefits for sore muscles or a stress. There are also studies on how compassionate, nurturing touch applied by a therapist with the same qualities, can help with grief and loss. There are many reasons why we grieve - the death of a loved one or pet, the ending of a relationship, the loss of a job, having to move out of a beloved home, isolation, the progression of disease, the loss of independence, the list goes on. This package uses light Swedish Relaxation techniques combined with rocking and gentle stretching with the intention of providing soothing, compassionate touch. While this does not replace psychotherapy, it may provide additional benefits."
