We’ve recently received so many thank yous from husbands who are just so grateful to see their wives loving life again—thriving, feeling good, and finally like themselves 🤍

So… go ahead and send this to your husband 😉
We promise, we’ll take great care of him.

He can choose a gift card at any price point, and we’ll wrap it up beautifully to make it feel extra special. We even have little add-ons like candles, tanks, and hats to go with it 💗💗

I mean… who wouldn’t want this for Mother’s Day?

(Also, feel free to send to your kids too 😉)

This is why we don’t just “check hormones” in isolation.

We look at the full picture—nutrient status, inflammation, metabolism, blood sugar patterns, and sometimes even genetic factors that shape how your body functions.

There are so many nuances in women’s health that can’t be captured by a single lab value—or by simply plugging results into a system like ChatGPT.

Sometimes the root issue truly is hormonal decline with age.
Sometimes it’s something else entirely.
And very often, it’s a combination of both.

That’s where real clinical judgment matters.

At The Women’s Health Company, our goal is simple:
to listen first, test intentionally, and build a plan that actually supports healing—not just symptom coverage.

Because your body deserves more than a one-size-fits-all answer. It deserves care that understands the complexity of how you were created.

If you are interested in becoming a patient, you can call us at 706-383-9408. Our office hours are Monday–Thursday 8–4 and Friday 8–1.

We would be truly honored to serve you. 🥰🥰

Mark your calendars — we are so excited for our Mother’s Day gathering! 🌸

But also - This is not just for biological moms — it’s for women in every season. For those who love, serve, and “mother” in their own unique ways, and for those who hope and pray to be moms one day. This is a celebration of the way God made YOU.

Bring your mom, bring a friend, or your entire small group! We’ll have a little shopping experience featuring and along with some WoCo merch + specially made .co 🕯️ — proceeds from candles and clothing will support one of our favorite local ministries . 🤍

We’ll share a word of encouragement, and the highlight of the evening will be a panel of women we deeply admire — all in different stages of life and motherhood. We’ll be asking thoughtful, real questions about motherhood, marriage, friendship, and family. It’s going to be rich, honest, and so meaningful.

Make a night of it — grab an early dinner with your girlfriends and join us from 6:30–8:00. We can’t wait to see you there!💗💗💗

If you want my exact routine + links to all 3 of these 👇🏼
Comment “SKIN” and I’ll send everything your way 😘

But first -these are my non-negotiables that I use daily and have been for the past year, so I chose to subscribe to them every 3 months to save.

💗SkinMedica AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser
This has truly resurfaced my skin.
It contains:

* Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) – derived from natural sources like sugar cane (glycolic acid) + fruit acids → they gently exfoliate the surface of your skin, helping with texture, dullness, and fine lines
* Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA / salicylic acid) – derived from willow bark → penetrates deeper into pores to help clear oil + acne

I use this every night and it’s the perfect balance of gentle + effective.

💗 Replenix Glycolic Acid 20% Resurfacing Peel Pads
Game. changer.
These are medical-grade and packed with:

* Glycolic acid (from sugar cane) to exfoliate + brighten
* Vitamins A, C, and E to support skin repair + antioxidant protection

I use these morning and night as my toning pads—especially amazing for discoloration, uneven tone, and acne.
(If you’re sensitive, start with 10%!)

💗 Obagi Vitamin C Serum
I’ve tried so many vitamin C serums and always come back to this.
It uses L-ascorbic acid (the most potent, active form of vitamin C, typically derived from glucose) → helps:

* Brighten skin
* Support collagen production
* Protect against environmental damage

It’s truly medical-grade and you can tell.

Your liver does far more than most people realize.

It’s not just a “detox organ”—it’s one of the central hubs for hormone balance, metabolism, glucose regulation, and overall inflammation in the body.

Here’s how it works:

Phase 1 detoxification is where hormones, medications, alcohol, and toxins are broken down into intermediate compounds. This step is necessary—but these byproducts can actually be more reactive if they aren’t cleared efficiently.

That’s where Phase 2 detoxification comes in.

Phase 2 is the “conjugation + elimination” step—where your body safely binds and packages these compounds so they can be excreted through stool and urine.

This is also where estrogen metabolism becomes especially important. When Phase 2 pathways are sluggish, estrogen can recirculate instead of leaving the body, which often shows up as PMS, heavy periods, breast tenderness, bloating, mood changes, and hormonal acne.

But your liver doesn’t just impact hormones.

It also plays a key role in:
• Glucose balance and insulin sensitivity
• Cholesterol metabolism
• Inflammation regulation
• Energy production and fatigue patterns

So when your liver is under-supported, symptoms often feel “hormonal,” but the root is much more upstream.

This is why foundational support matters so much:

1) Sweat regularly (movement, sauna, walking)
2) Support daily bowel movements (this is key for estrogen clearance)
3) Prioritize deep, consistent sleep
4) Nourish your body with high-quality protein, fiber, and nutrients
5) Reduce alcohol, ultra-processed foods, and unnecessary toxin load

And beyond lifestyle—LABS matter.

We can often see patterns like liver enzyme shifts, lipid imbalances, glucose dysregulation, and hormone binding changes that give us clues into how well these pathways are functioning.

From there, targeted supplementation can be incredibly helpful—supporting methylation, glutathione pathways, gut health, and nutrient repletion.

Your body was designed to detoxify beautifully.

Sometimes it just needs the right inputs, consistency, and support to do what it already knows how to do.
