Dr. Tradd Harter joined Dr. John Hansford in a special case where a young patient needed both orthodontic care and dental treatment under anesthesia due to high anxiety.

These two pros teamed up to make it as smooth and comfortable as possible for the patient — all in one safe visit. 💯👏

As a double board-certified pediatric dentist and dental anesthesiologist, he’s one of the few specialists in the country trained to provide comprehensive dental care under full sedation — safely and comfortably.

At Athens Area Pediatric Dentistry, we opened our doors to provide free dental check-ups and treatments under nitrous and general anesthesia for kids who needed it most — no cost, no questions asked.

Severe cavities in baby teeth are more common than you think—and they can cause pain, infection, and even affect adult teeth developing below.

This little one came to us with extensive decay. The cavities were too deep for regular fillings, but thankfully, we were able to restore the smile with beautiful white pediatric crowns.
