Quiz Time!

Do you know which of these objects has been found hidden in someone's ear?

If you said "all of the above" you would be correct!

If something feels “off” in your ear, don’t ignore it. It’s always better and safer to let a professional check it out.

⏳ “Hearing loss is just part of aging.”

👂Yes, hearing loss is common as we age. But common doesn’t mean harmless. When left untreated, it can lead to isolation, depression, and even increase the risk of cognitive decline.

Wrinkles are also a part of aging, but we still use sunscreens and moisturizers to protect our skin. In the same way we prioritize this aspect of our routine, we can do the same with our hearing!

You don’t have to “just live with it.” You deserve to live better, with support, connection, and clarity.

🔗 Your heart health and hearing health are more connected than you might think!

🩸 Good blood flow is essential for the tiny sensory cells in your inner ear to work properly. When your heart and blood vessels aren’t pumping well, these cells can get damaged, leading to hearing loss.

That’s why conditions like high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease can increase your risk of hearing problems. Taking care of your heart means taking care of your ears too! 👂

If you’ve noticed any changes in your hearing or want to make sure your ears are in tip-top shape, send me a message or call to schedule a hearing exam.
