We're wanting to try something new this year! We need your help though!

Between what you read in the headlines of the news, natural disasters, and a financial crisis that seems to be affecting everyone, sometimes it's hard to stay positive and easy to think about all the negative. We'd like to change the mindset!

So, around the office there will be little tooth shaped pieces of paper and while waiting for your appointment or your child's appointment, if you'd like, write down something that you're thankful for or even something that you're hopeful for! It can be anonymous, or you can disclose your name-whatever you prefer- and we will feature all your notes on our Christmas tree as ornaments this year! 🦷🎄🦷🎄🦷

There will be gift wrapped "packages" that you can leave your notes in all around the office! 🎁🎁🎁

Help us decorate the office with positivity and love this holiday season!

Also, we will feature one of the notes each week on our page to help spread the positivity to all of our followers. (Ones posted to social media account will not include names.)

Happy Halloween!!!🎃👻🎃🎃👻🦷🎃
A few pointers for you all on this all-hollow's eve.
1.) avoid hard, sticky, and chewy candies if you have braces or a fixed retainer-eat things carefully! 🍬🍭
2.) Enjoy all the spooktacular treats but brush those fangs really well after! 🧛‍♂️🧛‍♂️
3.) Keep warm and stay safe 👍🏻

Sometimes things happen, and that's okay!
Most of the time, it is no big deal! So, some quick tips for you all in case any of this ever happens!

As teeth shift sometimes wires can move and become pokey. Also, sometimes the little pieces of steel we use to hold the wire in, can become untucked with chewing or brushing and be bother-some. This is where the nail clippers, cuticle cutters, pencil eraser, and wax can all come in handy!
Sometimes brackets can become loose for whatever reason (picking, food, sports, etc..) and all this can be applied to that as well!

Simply trim the long wire with nail or cuticle cutters, use wax on the end of that wire if it remains pokey. For the tiny little pieces of steel, (we call them pigtails) use the end of eraser and push the tail under so it isn't poking! Easy as pie!
