Honoring Our Veterans

IMH Hospice is proud to share that our We Honor Our Veterans Program & Pinning Ceremony was celebrated on November 10–11 at:

Arcadia Care of Watseka • Iroquois Memorial Resident Home • Heritage Woods of Watseka • Gilman Healthcare Center • LaBella of Clifton • Prairieview • Faith Place • Luther Place • Autumn Fields Adult Community

We were honored to have Chaplain John Franklin, Aaron Hattabaugh (U.S. Air Force Veteran), Paul McAnarney (U.S. Army Veteran), and members of American Legion Post 23—Jeff Ziebart (Commander), Lyle Kofoot, and Jeff Thomas join us for this meaningful and well-deserved ceremony.

We are so appreciative of all those who have served, and we are honored to recognize you.

Thank you to all our veterans for your courage, sacrifice, and service.

IMH Hospice is truly blessed to be teaming up with Heritage Health Therapy and Senior Health in Hoopeston.

Together, we share not only a mission, but a genuine love for this community and the people we serve. We feel honored to join a place that offers such incredible skill, compassion, and a true home-away-from-home for those in its care.

It is a privilege to walk beside our patients and their families, supporting them with tenderness, dignity, and the thorough, heartfelt care they deserve.

It's TIME! 🕰️🎄

The IMH Hopsice Team sent two of their reindeer Marissa and Susaine to the Old Court House Museum to get into the spirit of Christmas!

The theme this year is Christmas Memories, and we are going to go back in time.
Make sure to stop on over at the Courthouse museum to cast your vote! Our tree is located in the chapel on the 2nd floor. We will have a tree full of Christmas memories and ask that you take a moment to write down yours and add it to the tree. Let's embrace our special memories together.❤️

"CHRISTMAS MEMORIES."
OPEN HOUSE: DECEMBER 7, 2025

There are beautiful moments that come from difficult times. This is one of those beautiful moments bringing two strangers together through the power of strength and human kindness. Sending love to both Avery and Austin. We are touched by their new found friendship.

Austin has MSA. Multiple Systems Atrophy. He uses music to cope with his illness. He wrote a song for Avery Parks following her car accident in March. They were able to meet each other in person and share inspiration and become fast friends.

IMH Hospice Gives Back to the Community
Celebrating 29 Years of Service

November is National Hospice month and IMH Hospice is proud to celebrate 29 years of serving our community with compassion and dedication. As a team, we wanted to take this milestone year to give back to the community that has supported us so generously. Over the next few weeks, we have several exciting events planned!

One of our special projects is our “Angel Basket.” Our team reached out to local businesses in the towns we serve, asking if they would be willing to donate one item to our basket. We were overwhelmed by the incredible generosity of our community partners—the total value of the basket is over $1,700!

Throughout the month of November, you can visit any of the participating businesses to fill out a ticket for a chance to win this amazing basket. At the beginning of December, all entries will be collected and one lucky winner will receive the entire basket!

We’re also thrilled to invite families to a Free Movie Afternoon on Saturday, December 6th at 1:00 p.m. at the Onarga Theater. Bring your kids—pajamas encouraged!—to enjoy a showing of The Polar Express. Each child will receive a free popcorn, pop, and candy!

As a hospice team, we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to care for patients and families during life’s most sacred moments. We are blessed with a team that serves with heart and purpose, and we look forward to continuing to walk alongside the people of Iroquois and surrounding counties for years to come.

Thank you for 29 wonderful years!

IMH Hospice Remembers 9/11

On this solemn day of remembrance, IMH Hospice honors the courage, sacrifice, and service of our military members, veterans, and first responders.

We reflect with deep gratitude on the heroes who answered the call on September 11, 2001 — and on all those who continue to serve and protect our nation in the face of adversity.

Your bravery will never be forgotten.
Your sacrifice will always be remembered.

We honor. We remember. We thank you. ❤️🤍💙
