Most women think weight loss = restriction.

💗 3 Mindset Tips to See Greater Results in Your Workouts

1️⃣ Speak life.
You cannot hate your body and see success. You have to speak love and affirmation over yourself and your body…EVEN when you don’t FEEL it.

2️⃣ Stop comparing.
It doesn’t do your mind or your body any service to compare yourself to other people. Your body is unique to you. It has gifts that only you were made for. Treat it with respect.

3️⃣ Focus on Gratitude.
What are you thinking about?
Are you thinking about everything that’s wrong with you or can you focus on things that are going well?
Even if it’s just one thing, focus on that. It will blossom into more.

Myth: Carbs are the enemy.

Truth:
Your body needs carbs for fuel.
The problem is confusion about portions / quality.
Whole Foods fuel your workouts and support balanced hormones.


Myth: Eating less is the fastest way to lose weight.

Truth:
Undereating slows your metabolism + increases cravings.
Restriction is not the answer. Eating foods that nourish your body is.
Your weight loss can actually stop because you’re not eating enough.


Myth: You have to follow a strict diet to get results.

Truth:
Diets aren’t sustainable because they rely on willpower. Willpower is fleeting.
Choose whole food health, not diets.
