We work to improve daily life so we can age well, release weight, improve balance / flexibility / strength, and have greater cardiac capacity.

💗Here’s a 3 step workout with moves I love!

The moves are super effective because they will hit each body part while keeping the workout simple.

1️⃣ Plank / Curl
-This move can be modified and done on your knees.
-Keep your elbows tucked into your sides on the curl.

2️⃣ Press / Crunch
-You can also keep your feet on the floor if needed.
-You will perform a chest press pushing into a straight arm crunch.
-Crunches should be kept low to the floor with your chin up.

3️⃣ Med ball throws
-When you squat, push with your hips keeping your toes forward and butt pushed back.
-Bring the ball (or weight) to shoulder height.
-You can do this without weight.

-Always be warmed up before you begin.
-Always stretch for at least 5 minutes when you finish.
