💙 CHT in Action: Supporting Our Community 💙

The CHT team recently volunteered at Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Cruz County! 🥕📦

We packed boxes full of fresh vegetables, sorted and inspected donated food, and made sure everything met quality standards before it went out to families in need. With demand on the rise, every box we prepared helped provide nutritious meals to those who rely on the food bank’s services. 💛

A huge thank you to the amazing team at Second Harvest Food Bank Santa Cruz for welcoming us and for the incredible work they do every day! 🙌

What a year! 🎉

Our Food, Wellness, and Care programs reached individuals and families across Santa Cruz, Monterey, and San Benito counties through Community Gardens, the Mini Mercado, Health Screenings, Active Wellness, Veggie RX, and our incredible Community Health Workers.

Together, we expanded access to fresh food, empowered healthier habits, and helped ensure that more community members got the care and support they needed.

Thank you to everyone who learned with us, grew with us, and supported this mission. 🌿
