Stella’s Fund is a non-profit organization founded in March 2025 by Lake Placid resident Berlinda Rangel. The organization seeks to provide specialized vision care, including prescription eyewear, for children with special needs, facilitated through one of its sponsors, Sevigny & Associates Eye Care.
