One of our FAVORITE weeks of the year is Teacher Appreciation!! Why? Because we get to deliver gift baskets to 24 of the local schools!!! Thank You to all the teachers and staff!! We got a lot done today and more schools will be hit up tomorrow!!

What a PHENOMENAL weekend at the Iowa Chiropractic Society Annual Convention! 2 days of great speakers, learning, and community with fellow Chiropractors! Saturday night, we all got together and packaged 20,000 meals for people in need with the help of Meals for the Heartland .After, 2 full days, we didn't have enough so Dr. Vicki and I attended a 4 hour intense Masterclass of adjusting with the GREAT Dr. Tim Young and his Focus teachings. What a class act. Thank you Dr. Tim Young!!
O, and I dont like talking about myself, but someone was gracious enough and nominated me for the ICS service award. I'm grateful and honored.
We're ready to ROCK this coming week!!
