Today, Community Healing Resource Center of Lake County stood in honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

We gathered in quiet solidarity with Zacharias Sexual Abuse Center and other community members to uplift and support survivors of sexual violence.

We recognize the strength, courage, and resilience it takes to speak up, to heal, and to keep going. You are seen. You are heard. You are not alone.

Healing took place in every movement—every step, every stretch, every moment of release. It’s a reminder that healing doesn’t always happen sitting still… sometimes it shows up when we choose to move through it.

Tonight, as a community, we truly stepped our way into healing. With every move and groove, we released the weight of the day and allowed ourselves to just be—fully present, fully free. The energy in the room was undeniable.

And Alisha Craigen absolutely did her thing—bringing the perfect mix of passion, rhythm, and joy. She did not disappoint!
