🤧 To help prevent colds from spreading at home and school:

✅ Remind kids to wash their hands often
✅ Teach them to cover coughs & sneezes
✅ Wipe down toys, doorknobs, and shared surfaces
✅ Keep water bottles and utensils separate
✅ Rest up and stay home when feeling sick
