My name is Haley Cullen of Haley Cullen Wellness LLC. I formed Haley Cullen Wellness to incorporate 2 important aspects of health that I am passionate: mental and physical wellness. I am a licensed professional counselor and a clinical substance abuse counselor who has been working in the field for almost 20 years. I specialize in Addiction, Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Couples, Adolescents, Anger/Stress Management, Family/Women’s Issues and Parenting. It is very important to me to combine mental and physical wellness as a proactive and reactive approach, therefore also offering Mind/Body Sessions as apart of therapy. These sessions may focus on Yoga/ Relaxation Techniques, Mindfulness, Strength/Weights, Boxing/Cardiovascular Exercises. I offer in person sessions at my office: 2444 N. Grandview Blvd. Apt A Waukesha 53188 as well as zoom sessions. I currently teach Spin, Strength and Yoga classes at Spenga in Brookfield. I live in Delafield with my husband and 4 lively children under the ages of 9! I’m a performer at heart and have a background in theater, singing and dance. I am proud to announce the opening of my Counseling Practice, Haley Cullen Wellness . I am thrilled to incorporate sound mental health/addiction counseling (grief, couples, legal, dep/anxiety, anger, adolescents) as well as the importance of the mind-body connection by offering Relaxation Techniques/ Yoga, cardio, strength and boxing workouts.
