Please join us in celebrating our FIRST EVER announcement of CO-R.A.I.N winners!! Meet Ginny and Rose, our dynamic duo housekeepers! For the first time since we introduced the R.A.I.N (Recognize. Appreciate. Incentivize. Nurture) Program, peers, residents and family members nominated them both to be recipients of the monthly award and we couldn't agree more.

Rose started with us in March of 2025 and Ginny in August. Both have been instrumental in helping keep our community glimmering and welcoming. Their smiles, attention to detail and genuine passion for what they do is seen in every dust free corner, groomed carpet and spotless mirror.

When not helping keep our community clean Rose enjoys bowling and taking walks, and Ginny loves spending time with her daughter and husband, the Packers and sneaking off to Sarasota.

When asked what they love most about working at the Waters they both said "Working with each other making our residents happy."
