So we're going to talk about the root chakra today and what it's about.

The root chakra Is the 1st of the physical chakras of the physical chakras it is larger responsible for how safe and secure you feel.

When out of harmony there's an Inability to trust nature we also feel ungrounded disconnected from mother Earth we have issues about have issues about our identity and relationship.

When the root chakra is in harmony we feel connected to nature we feel grounded we Feel trusted in the natural law and are able to move with the ebb and flow of life.

The location of the chakra is at the pyramium between the ge****ls and the a**s face of the spine the color is red the element is Earth the affirmation for this is I am.

The physical body parts that will feel it will be the base of the spine your legs bones feet re**um immune system large intestine and the teeth.

Your life lesson with this is to feel safe and secure in the physical plane to manifest our needs and to cultivate healthy physical sexuality.

Areas that we feel discomfort when this is indisfunction.
