And the snake must shed its skin if it wants to grow.

Shedding means releasing the identities, habits, and stories that no longer fit.
What once protected you may now be weighing you down.

Action:
Write down one belief, role, or pattern you’re ready to release.
Thank it for what it taught you.
Then rip the paper up or safely burn it.
