I start every morning with light yoga, and stretching paired with my GAIA acronym, always starting with thoughts of gratitude first. If you’re not sure what Gaia stands for it’s the name of Mother Earth. Heres my accronym I follow every morning.

Give it a try and youll see why i do this every morning!

G- GRATITUDE
A- AFFIRMATIONS
I- INTENTION SETTING
A- ALIGN WITH INSPIRED ACTION

This 10 minute morning routine has shifted how my days begin and creates the momentum for the rest of the day (even when sh$t hits the fan).

I’m more focused on what could go RIGHT, than what could go WRONG because of what I CHOOSE to focus on in the morning💛.

Watch to see my cat respond to sound healing of my crytal bowls…he came RUNNING into the room💛.

This is my rescue cat Binx! 🐈‍⬛

And a NEW idea was born last night- cat sounds healing!!!!

Did you know cats help us transmute the energy that isn’t serving us.

While dogs are the protectors of the physical realm on here on earth, cats are very much the protectors of the spiritual realm and help us on with our spiritual journey.

So the next time your cat lays on your lap and purrs, thank him for helping you release what doesn’t serve you.

He’s busy transmuting and alchemizing that energy!!
