I’ve tried programs before and nothing ever sticks.

I hear this one a lot.

And I want to address it directly because if you’ve been burned before that skepticism is completely valid.

Here’s the honest truth about why programs don’t stick.

It’s not you. It’s the program.

Most programs hand you a plan and tell you to follow it. And you do really well until real life happens. Until you travel or celebrate or have a week that goes completely sideways.

“Don’t eat carbs after 6pm.”
“Stay under 1200 calories.”
“Cut out sugar completely.”
“Earn your food at the gym.”
“If it fits your macros.”
“No fruit — too much sugar.”

The rules are endless. And exhausting. And most of them? Doing more harm than good.

Eating less is not the answer. It never was.

Here’s what actually is.

Most women considering GLP-1s have never been taught how to actually fuel their metabolism; they have only been taught to restrict it.

Appetite suppression without metabolic education means the weight returns when the medication stops - because nothing foundational has changed.
