Not gonna miss a leg day.
She lead me through some abs (which if you know you know those aren’t my favorite 🫠).
I worked her through some legs.
This morning was not my usual routine.
Still drank water.
Still got some morning light.
Breakfast was not perfect - protein coffee + prime protein bar - before the workout.
aminos and creatine in the water bottle during the workout.
Post workout was chicken, rice, corn and picked onions.
Consistency > perfection.
