Cold & flu season is here. You & your little one’s health is always our top priority 💜

At Harmony Lactation Center, we wear masks during every visit this season to help protect our families, your babies, and our team. It’s just one of the many ways we work to create a safe and supportive environment for your breastfeeding journey.

And for our mamas: if you’re feeling under the weather, don’t worry-your breastmilk is still liquid gold! ✨ Continuing to breastfeed actually helps your baby by providing powerful antibodies that your body creates to fight off illness. It’s one of the most amazing ways you can protect and support your little one, even when you’re not feeling your best.

We also recommend staying hydrated (always!) but especially during cold and flu season and anytime illness symptoms arise. Proper hydration supports your body, your recovery, and your milk supply. 💧

Great opportunity with any of our postpartum momma’s!!!

Hey you! Yeah you, the postpartum mom who wants to get back to exercise but is kinda scared, kinda nervous, kinda hesitant because you don't know where to start and you don't want to mess things up-

I've got just the thing for you!

Over at Foundation PT, we are offering group pelvic floor recovery classes for postpartum moms. Our goal is to help you get the pelvic floor care and education you need after baby so that you can return to exercising and living your best life.

And bonus- you'll feel so much more confident in your body by the time this class series is over.

Our 8 week classes will involve a combination of education and exercise in a small group setting with other moms just like you- those who want to get back to exercising but just don't know where to start and/or want to do it right so they don't make problems for themselves down the line.
