I have been a licensed massage therapist since September 2009. I graduated from Blue Sky School of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork - Madison. I have been trained in PNMT, Aromatherapy, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Cupping, Hot Stone, and Prenatal. These are the techniques I use the most as a massage therapist. I became interested in massage therapy when I saw an advertisement for the school I would eventually attend, explaining that massage therapy was in fact more therapeutic than I originally realized. I felt the call to look further into it and have not regretted it since. I have compassion for people and I am passionate about serving and getting involved in my community. Massage therapy has led me down a path where I am continually learning about different modalities, people, and myself. I also became certified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in 2021 through the Nutritional Therapy Association. My focus with nutrition is to help those who suffer from anxiety and depression by supporting their emotional wellbeing through nutrition and lifestyle management. I also help those who struggle with digestive issues and blood sugar imbalances. When I’m not busy being a therapist, I enjoy hiking, biking, camping, kayaking, painting, photography, some traveling, attending live music and/or community events, game nights with friends and family, hanging out in the small town where I live, and playing guitar and singing. I love a good movie once in awhile too. I thank Jesus for the life He has blessed me with and the journey He continues to carry me through.

Hey everyone! My hours at the chiropractor are expanding! I am adding Mondays from 2-6pm and Wednesday's hours are going to be 9-6pm rather than 2-6pm. In addition, I am promoting lavender essential oil aromatherapy for the month of September! Add it to your massage for just an extra $5!
