Nichole Buchs is licensed by the state of Wisconsin as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) as well as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). She worked as a PTA in a variety of settings including skilled nursing facilities, home health and outpatient therapy for 3 years and a Licensed Massage Therapist for 1 year with Bodyworx.
Nichole found her enthusiasm for hands-on therapy while working with patients at a physical therapy clinic. She realized manual therapy was what she wanted to specialize in and that healing does not only happens in the body on a tissue level, but the mind and soul as well.
Taking care of yourself shouldn’t just be a treat, taking care of yourself is vital if you want to live your best life. The body is meant to move and be stretched. Nichole’s favorite saying is, “If you don’t use it, you’ll lose it.” Her motivation is to get you feeling and moving better than when you walked in.
Nichole is trained in a variety of techniques that include myofascial release, deep tissue massage, sports massage, cupping, prenatal massage, hot stones, kinesio-taping, swedish/relaxation massage and Reiki. Book a session with Nichole and reap the benefits!
