This Valentine's Day, don't let pain stop you from having fun!

There are a lot of reasons for painful in*******se after having a baby, and most of them can be fixed with pelvic floor therapy. At our practice, it is a regular occurrence to have moms leave their first session feeling significantly better than when they walked in to our office.

Can you imagine- after months (or even years) of pain that's left you avoiding (or gritting your teeth through) that intimate time with your hubby, what you could see a significant improvement in as little as one hour?!

Getting ready for bed? Is your body feeling like it won't be able to sleep?

Let's talk resetting your Vagus nerve, part of your nervous system

Find a comfortable spot on the floor against the wall. Lay on your back and scoot your bottom to the wall. Swing your legs up the wall, adjusting for comfort. Do you feel the weight shifting and the blood flowing? Now, place your arms alongside you, palms up. Let's focus on your breath. Deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth. Feel your body relax, breath out any tension you feel. Stay there as long as you're comfortable.
