🇺🇸 Veterans Day Workout: CHAD1000X 🇺🇸

Tonight our evening crew came together to chip away at CHAD1000X — 1,000 step-ups in honor of our veterans.

Every rep was a reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and strength shown by those who’ve served. Thank you to all the men and women who’ve worn the uniform and continue to protect the freedoms we enjoy.

We’re grateful, we’re humbled, and we’re proud to move in your honor. 💪

We are so excited to announce that we are now a Hyrox Gym! There has been so much talk about Hyrox in the fitness space, and we have been getting so many inquiries about it, that it just feels like the right time! We are still CrossFit...we are just adding this as another offering. We are going to start out by offering it at 10:30 am Monday - Friday, all classes on Thursdays, and 9:00 am on Saturdays. Our exemplary coaching and standards are not changing. We are just offering a format that is less strength based with a longer time domain metcon. Can't wait to see you in class!

We’re hosting the April 18th TRU Challenge Teams of 3 AND Individuals Competition! So, grab your besties (or go solo) and jump in!

The first five registrations save $5 per person off registration!

WHAT: Teams of 3 (MMM | FFF) and Individuals

WHEN: April 18, 2026

DIVISIONS: Novice, Intermediate, Masters (40-54), and Masters+ (55 and above). No pure Rx and no fire breathers allowed! We are so excited to have two Masters Divisions! No more wishing you could only compete with people closer to your age!

TRU Challenge (formerly Festivus Games) started in 2011 and is a competition for the 95% of athletes who aren't pure-Rx firebreathers. When you compete in TRU Challenge you can expect to be tested, to laugh, sweat, and cheer with your teammates and to say, “I can do that!”
