Working around activities and weather to hopefully fit in a tradition we’ve done for years. Taking the kids and packing a bag full of random warm things just in case we make it happen. Meeting your husband there because he worked and you never know where he’s going to be that day. But we did it!

So amongst my ‘Merry Christmas’ post, I wanted to thank you all again! Not only for your support no matter where I’ve been on my journey, but also for your patience and understanding. For always reminding me that you also support the ‘family comes first’ value. I couldn’t do what I do without you!

A different type of post today. But my work goal & purpose is to help others heal, maintain health, and feel as good as they can possibly feel. Most of us know the mind can play a big role on how we feel physically.

The world has been heavy, so I want to present a challenge for you all that will help you keep your mind right.

Find one person you feel comfortable with. Each day share something that will bring light into their life and ask them to reciprocate.

Ideas could be:
🤍Your prayer intentions for the day
🤍One thing you’re grateful for
🤍One compliment to them
🤍One lighthearted/funny video

Tell others about what you’re doing. Challenge them to do the same. Even if you do it for a month. These little steps can make a large difference.

🇺🇸Hoping everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend! 🇺🇸

With this topic fresh on my mind, I thought it would be a great idea to share! There are many indications and contraindications for massage. One of the contraindications is SUNBURN.

If you have a fresh sunburn, especially on an area you need worked, it is best you reschedule your session.

A few reasons being:
☀️ Aggrivation of inflammation
☀️ Increased risk of infection
☀️ Discomfort and pain
☀️ Extra damage to the skin

‼️ATTENTION CURRENT CLIENTS‼️

As mentioned previously, July is extra busy with:

🏐 🏈 Out of town volleyball and football camps
🎡 🐄 Fair
⛺️ 🌲 Camping trips

Because of this, appointments will be limited and rather than opening the booking link, I’ll be posting openings I do have on this page. You are still welcome to reach out to me to book and/or be put on the cancelation list in July.

I’d be lying if I said I don’t feel a little guilty for taking extra time off, but I do thank everyone for being so understanding. Business as usual will return for August booking!

Sending sunshine and positivity to kick off an incredible summer!

Just wanted to share a few things with you all:

☀️ I cannot believe we are almost halfway through June! As a heads up; July is an incredible busy month for our family with 4H/Fair, volleyball/football camps, and sneaking in a camping trip. My spaces will be very limited but I never want anyone to be afraid to reach out to me about scheduling or being put on my cancelation list!

☀️I appreciate everyone that participated in my poll! You all spoke and I heard! I’m looking for a CEU training focused on face/head/scalp and hopefully can sneak in one on lymph drainage too before my next renewal! I’ll keep you all posted!

I love sharing this picture every year. Graduation from the Massage Therapy program in May of 2014.

This May marks year 11 of me practicing as a LMT. Each year I learn something new and develop even more gratitude for being able to do what I do.

When I decided to open my own practice in 2022, I made it a goal to incorporate at least one new service, device, or technique into my sessions each year. This past year I was able to move my practice to my home and offer a new sauna blanket service which people have loved!

So now, starting a new ‘massage year,’ I need your help! Please comment/vote on this post telling me which of these you’d love to see offered next!

A: Head Spa~A massage protocol focused on the head, scalp, face and neck. Extremely relaxing, boosts endorphins, promotes nerve and stress reductions, and so much more!

B: Table Thia~Fully clothed protocol that incorporates stretching and acupressure.

C: Lymph drainage~Massage that moves waste towards your lymph nodes to help rid your body of toxins.

I’m happy to announce the post-massage sauna blanket service~Available starting March 1st, 2025!

Why sauna after massage???
There are many benefits of sauna sessions in general. But combining them with massage can amplify the experience and promote more extensive whole body healing. Below are a few reasons why this happens:

•Detoxification
•Improved circulation
•Chronic pain management
•Increases muscle recovery rate
•Relaxation

This service includes a 60 minute massage followed by a full 30 minutes in the sauna blanket for $100.
