Holiday Sale on now through November 28th!

This is the only time during the year that I will offer discounts for gift cards, so stock up now for Valentines and Birthdays too!

I will be available at the spa this evening, November 14th, from 4:30-5:30 pm and tomorrow, November 15th, from 11 am to 12 pm. Additional pick up/shopping times will be posted next week and are also available by appointment.

Hello :) I recently completed a Craniosacral course and I'm excited to offer this new service to my clients.

Craniosacral therapy is described as: "A light touch manual therapy that seeks to locate and remove restrictions throughout the body. It targets the Central nervous system, therefore, enhancing movement and expression of all bodily systems supporting the bodies own innate healing capacity."

Craniosacral therapy, or CST, first came up on my radar as I was looking for body work classes to help my little guy calm his nervous system and correct some neuromusculoskeletal issues in order to sleep better and just improve overall quality of life.

I will admit I was a skeptic. However, after experiencing CST and completing the training, I am convinced this is a profound treatment that will benefit a large majority of my clients.

I am offering a discounted price, 50% off, for Craniosacral Therapy work for the months of September and October.

If you currently have an appointment and would like to receive CST instead of your regular massage, there is no action needed.

If you currently have an appointment and are interested in extending the time of your treatment to include both CST and Swedish, please email me and I will see if that is possible.
