As the weather cools down, those pesky germs start making the rounds — especially in schools! Here are a few simple ways to help your family stay healthy this season:

✅ Wash hands often. A quick scrub with soap and warm water is one of the best defenses against germs.
🥦 Eat well & stay hydrated. A balanced diet, plenty of water, and good sleep keep your immune system strong.
🎒 Clean backpacks and lunch boxes. Germs love to tag along on surfaces kids touch daily.
🧣 Dress for the weather. Layers help your kiddos stay warm and comfortable as temps change.

If your child isn’t feeling well:
🚫 Keep them home to rest and recover — and to help prevent spreading illness.
📞 Reach out to your healthcare provider if symptoms linger or worsen.
💗 Make sure they get lots of fluids, rest, and TLC!
