Welcome to Renewed Mind Psychological Services!

I am so excited to officially introduce my private practice to the community!

My passion has always been supporting individuals and families through compassionate, person-centered counseling. After recognizing a growing need for mental health services in the Fox Valley area, especially surrounding epilepsy support and advocacy, I felt called to create a space where people feel heard, supported, and empowered.

This practice was built with the goal of providing meaningful counseling services while fostering understanding, education, and support for those impacted by epilepsy and other life challenges.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I am honored to walk alongside you in your journey.

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged and supported me as I take this exciting next step. I cannot wait to grow with this community!

To everyone impacted by the recent flooding — whether your home/business is at risk, you are displaced, or are carrying the emotional weight of uncertainty and stress — I see you.

As efforts continue to protect lives and property, I want to offer support in the days and weeks ahead to anyone impacted by this devastation.

You do not have to navigate this alone.

If you or someone you know could use support, please do not hesitate to reach out. I will do my best to connect with as many people as I can, in whatever capacity is needed.

While my heart continues to break, it has been an honor to watch the communities that have raised me show up in indescribable ways to support their neighbors.
