Sound Bath & Meditation @ The {Tre} of Life!
February is a threshold month — winter is still here, yet subtle shifts are underway beneath the surface. We are invited to pause at this in-between place, where the season still holds us and something new is quietly beginning to stir.
This is a time to restore balance, tend to inner warmth, recalibrate, and listen for what is gently emerging.
Enjoy a Sound Bath, a Guided Meditation and simple Eden Energy Medicine techniques to support the natural transition between the inward stillness of winter to what is quietly beginning to stir.

Investment for this event is $42.
