New year, new opportunity to move with intention! As we settle into January, it’s easy for our posture to tighten up, especially during the winter months when we’re sitting more and bundling up. Today’s chest stretch is a simple way to open up the front of the body, support better posture, and help your spine move more freely.

Do the holidays have you feeling tight, sore, or more stressed than usual? Between busy schedules, extra activity, and seasonal demands, it’s easy for your body to feel worn down. That’s why we’re excited to announce what’s coming soon to Koch Chiropractic.

A new therapy experience designed to help you relax, recover, and move better.

We will soon be offering Passive Stretch Therapy, paired with time in a medical-grade massage chair to create a complete restore-and-reset experience.

Passive stretch therapy is a hands-on, assisted approach that helps:
• Improve flexibility and range of motion
• Reduce muscle tightness and stiffness
• Support recovery from daily stress or physical activity
• Promote relaxation and improved mobility

The medical grade massage chair will offer:
• Deep tissue massage
• Inversion and traction therapy
• Spinal and joint decompression
• Reduced muscle tension
• Headache relief
• Improved circulation

In the video, you’ll see Dr. Dante Grorich demonstrating passive assisted stretch therapy with one of our chiropractic technicians, Bailey.

Dr. Dante has a strong background in sports medicine, and his experience with movement, performance, and injury prevention helps guide how this therapy is used within our clinic.

Together, passive stretch therapy and the advanced massage chair will help decompress the spine and adjacent joints, decrease muscle tension, and promote full-body relaxation.
