When we hear the words grief or loss, sometimes we automatically think that means the loss of a loved one due to their passing, and that is one example of loss. But grief and loss can happen with many things in our lives, such as, loss of a job, a relationship, our health, our personal identity, and so much more. When we experience loss, and are unable to process it, it can affect our mind, body, and spirit.
Join Becky Diver from Rising Phoenix Yoga and Healing as she guides you through a Grief Yoga®️ practice using movement, breath, and sound, to help you move the stuck emotions through and out your body.
Following our Grief Yoga®️ practice, we will continue our healing experience with a Sound Journey, allowing our bodies to come to a place of restoration through the immersion of healing sounds and vibrations.
This transformative practice helps to let go of pain and struggle and reconnect to love and joy.
