On August 7th, we hosted one of the most successful community events of the year, our 12th Annual Pig and Corn Roast. With 475 attendees, the event featured live music and raised funds for the Alzheimer's Association, a cause close to our hearts. Additionally, we collected 41 pounds of food pantry items for donation to our community pantry. We are grateful for our generous community and appreciate your continued trust in our Assisted living facility during times of need.

Today, our culinary team has prepared a fresh strawberry salad with sliced turkey and fresh watermelon, accompanied by a bread stick. For the second entree, they have crafted lasagna roll ups with a hearty meat sauce, served with watermelon and a bread stick. At Park Vista, we offer two entrees for you to choose from or you can order from our Always Fresh Menu.
