HE IS RISEN! JESUS IS ALIVE!

A few days ago, it looked like everything was over. Jesus was crucified. Buried. Silent. Hope seemed lost. The disciples were broken. Darkness felt like it had won.

But the grave could not hold Him. On the third day, Jesus rose,
just as He said He would. And that changes everything.

This is not just a story we remember once a year. This is the truth we live by every day. Because Jesus lives, sin no longer has the final say. death is no longer the end. and hope is no longer just a wish, it is real.

The Bible says:

“He is not here; for He is risen, as He said.” - Matthew 28:6

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to His great mercy, He has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” - 1 Peter 1:3

So today, as we step into Resurrection Sunday,
we don’t just stay silent. We declare it.

Jesus is alive.
And because He lives… we have hope.

He is risen indeed. ✝️🔥

🔔 7 week surgery update 🔔

The physical therapist is working my shoulder to get the range of motion back… let me tell ya… this is no picnic… it hurts and I’m exhausted after every session (I also do my stretches at home 3x a day!)

Next week we will start strengthening the muscles as we stretch out the tendons at the same time…

I’m really wanting to come back but I know I can’t quite yet… I miss you all and I will give another update soon!

🥶 4 week post surgery update 🥶

The shoulder is definitely NOT enjoying this weather… thank goodness for anti-inflammatory meds and heating pads!

I see the surgeon the 1st week in February for my 6 week checkup where I can then get the green light to start really working at physical therapy to further work my range of motion and to push, pull and lift.

Trust me… I am READY to come back to work and see you all… I miss every single one of you 🥺🥺🥺but I’m not quite there yet.

I hope you all stay warm and safe through this awful cold spell! I shall keep you up to speed with my recovery!

🎆 HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL MY CLIENTS AND FRIENDS! 🎆

2 week surgery update:

Things are slowly but surely getting better! PT is happy with my progress and I go in for my follow up with the surgeon next week Tuesday.

I will keep posting updates as the weeks pass!

📣 SURGERY UPDATE 📣

Good morning! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! I wanted to share my post surgery update for everyone!

The surgery was very successful! Dr Callahan and his team did a wonderful job!

My recovery has been good so far! PT really has me working hard to get my range of motion back in a timely manner, then we will work on strengthening the muscles.

I’m not 100% sure what my timeline looks like to come back to work quite yet. I will give updates periodically to keep everyone in the loop.

I will be at the office a few times a week so people can come in and buy Farmhouse Delights beef tallow products, honey, syrup and Bis-Nass Enterprises meat! I will post those days and times at the beginning of each week!
