We are an educational healing center that provides Reiki, Theta healing, acupressure, Access Bars, meditation, various classes, events, and more! All combined, we provide a state of relaxation that promotes healing. We also assist in chakra clearing/healing, energy alignment, and are a source for gemstones, metaphysical items, and tea/herbal blends. We encourage and empower our clients towards emotional health and spiritual health. Our gift shop is filled with all sorts of sparkly gemstones, locally made items, gemstone jewelry, metaphysical items and supplies, herbs and our vintage/collectibles corner! I’ve opened my final slip — and honestly, it makes complete sense why the Universe left this one for me.

This is a wish that only I can bring to life in a healthy way.
I have to walk the walk.
I have to take the steps.
No shortcuts. No outsourcing. Just presence and responsibility.

And… in true fashion, I’ve now lost the slip itself.
It literally fell out of my bra at some point. 😂

Which feels oddly perfect.
Because I don’t need the paper anymore — the intention is already embodied. This one was never meant to sit on an altar. It was meant to be lived.

I hope you all found moments of clarity, softness, and truth for yourselves throughout this process, and I wish us all the very best as we care for our final slips — whether they’re tucked safely away… or released in unexpected ways.

May your wishes be kind.

Our Story

Reiki Essentials & Wellness, LLC. studio and Firefly Gifts shop. I am always asked how I started my Reiki journey. After a lifetime of caring for small animals, then friends in distress, and then family members at the end of their life journey, Reiki was the next step in my journey. My Mother-in-Law was diagnosed with various cancers when she told me about a Reiki volunteer giving her a foot massage. I immediately wanted to be the one to be able to do that for her. Unable to do that for my beloved Mother-in-Law, I decided to volunteer for Hospice. I wanted to give back to the Hospice community as they had so generously given to my family with my Maternal Gramma, and again for my Mother-in-Law. Recently, I had a logo designed for the gift shop area in honor of my Momma. I named the gift shop area, Firefly Gifts in her honor.

Now, about you. Your journey has brought you here for a reason! We are committed to empowering you on your journey. If you have questions about Reiki, Acupressure, Access Bars, ThetaHealing, the spiritual, the metaphysical, or Love Languages, we can help you. You may come to the Studio looking for answers. Quite often people say they found us "by accident." There are no accidents on your journey. You were brought to Reiki, Essentials & Wellness Center as an answer to your heart.

Maybe you need answers about your intuition. Maybe you are looking for ways to trust and empower your intuition. We can help you with that Chakra. If you are seeking ways to relax and de-stress, we can assist you with that as well. Stress is responsible for anxieties, obesity, sleepless nights, headaches, muscle tension, heart disease, and more!

If you are interested in an education as a Reiki Practitioner, you've also come to the right place. I have developed a thorough program for my students. If you wish to learn more about this great healing modality and healing system, Reiki Essentials & Wellness might be the place for you. As one of my students and Practitioners, you are nurtured, and encouraged on your journey. My classes are relaxed yet detailed. We take our time, over an entire month, to learn the history, the details and feel the energy. After your certification, your education with Reiki Essentials & Wellness continues through my Practitioner Nurturing program. You will continue to grow spiritually and mentally, having many questions as we continue our journey. We meet regularly with other Reiki Essentials & Wellness Practitioners to learn and encourage one another. No matter what your intentions are for your Reiki journey, you will be supported and nurtured on your journey. If you wish to continue your journey as a Reiki Master, we have a beautiful program for that as well!
