I grew up with horses and I have ridden many different disciplines and have enjoyed learning from them all. One thing that has stayed consistent is treating my horse as an athlete. We are a team and they are a very important member. No matter what I paid attention to my horse's body, their muscle tone, ability to recover from injury or after an event, pain relief, flexibility and range of motion, and their mental well being are just a few things I took into consideration. Equine body work was a regular routine for us and we always noticed a positive difference in our performance and connection. I am here to help you and your team benefit from regular equine body work, to establish goals with you and help you accomplish them.
